Party Packages

Yes of course! You may bring your own cake, please make sure you follow our no nut policy when choosing your cake.

Please note we may not be able to store your cake in the fridge or freezer. We have Ice cream cakes available to purchase here and normally have a few in stock encase of a cake emergency.

Unfortunately not, due to allergies and food safety.

We have a café on site serving food and drinks during your visit. Platter boxes can be ordered with your party booking for kids and adults (min 7 days notice). Lolly/gift bags can be handed out at the very end of the party for children to take home with them.

For any specialty dietary requirements and allergies please discuss with one of our managers at least 7 days prior to the party.

Classic Party – Bowl of Original Chips & Party Mix Lollies. Unlimited water & cordial for the kids.

Awesome Party & Ultimate Party – Your choice of snack pack box: Chicken Nuggets & Fries, or Slice of Cheese Pizza & Fries.

You may pay everything upfront or choose to pay a deposit to hold your booking, all final payments need to be made at least 14 days prior to the party by calling us on 02 4721 0654 during business hours.

When booking online or over the phone you’ll need to pay the deposit with a credit card. For all cash payments you will need to pay and make the booking in person. Please check availability online before coming in.

You may use the NSW Parents vouchers to pay. We can discount and redeem the vouchers over the phone with the final payment or in person. The deposit must be paid first as we can not accept full payment in vouchers.

We will offer a credit note with 24 hours notice for a change in the final numbers above the minimums (10 & 15).

Unfortunately no refunds will be offered for cancellations or no shows within the 14 days prior to your original booking date.

Within the 14 – 7 days prior to the party you may request a change of date, service or a credit. No shows on the day of the party will not be offered a credit or refund

During Covid Isolation Rules: Please speak to the Manager immediately if the birthday family are directly affected by the Covid isolation rules or have tested positive on the day of the party.

Our party packages are set times and can not be extended. We don’t recommend playing again after the party as the children would have just filled up on party food and cake.

We recommend booking your party more than 2 weeks in advance. Our booking system closes 14 days prior for all online party bookings. Party packages sell out quickly, for your preferred time and date we suggest 1-2 months in advance.

Classic & Awesome Party – there is a minimum of 10 and maximum of 15 as the room only holds 15 children. We ask that you keep spectators/parents to a minimum as we don’t have a huge seating area outside of the party rooms.

The Ultimate Party – is a minimum of 15, maximum of 25 as the room only holds 25 children with seating around the sides of the room for parents and our café area so we ask to keep spectators to a minimum.

Strictly no outside food, nuts, chewing gum or glass to be brought into the venue or party rooms. Please speak to a manager about any allergies and dietary requirements at least a week in advance. Party platter boxes now available for kids & adults! Add them to your party booking in the checkout (min 7 days notice)
