What should I wear?

We are an activity centre, so we recommend sportswear and trainers to allow you to fully unleash your inner ninja on our course.

What age is the park suitable for?

Minimum age for the course is 6 years old and suitable for adults to play!

Ninja’s 5 years old and under need to be supervised by an adult and within arms reach at all times on the ninja course. All children up to the age of 12 years must have a responsible adult on site with them in the park at all times during their visit. We also have dedicated sessions for under 5’s most weeks (excludes holidays).

Spectators are admitted to the park free of charge and permitted to supervise on the course by must not participate on the obstacles without a ticket and ninja gloves.

When should I arrive?

We advise customers to arrive 15-25mins before your session.This will give you enough time to get booked in, given wristbands and to put on your ninja grip gloves.

How often are the sessions?

We start sessions every 30 minutes, for example: 9.00, 9.30, 10.00 etc.

How long do sessions last?

Sessions last for 1 hour or 2 hours, if you wish to extend you time in the park you can do so for an additional fee (subject to capacity availability).

Can I walk round and watch my child on the park?

Of course, we invite spectators onto the course to watch, take photos and videos.

Tag us on social media @truninjapenrith #truninjapenrith. We do politely request that any prams are not taken onto the course as this can cause obstructions and in turn hazards. Please speak to a member of staff for advice on where they can be stored.

Please note, spectators are not allowed to attempt the obstacles and require a ticket and grip gloves if they wish to participate

I would like to book a birthday party

Birthday parties are available to book online, select the date and time. Payment of the minimum number is required to secure your booking. You can book your next party here.

How long do sessions last?

We are holding our child’s birthday party at Tru Ninja, can we bring a cake?

Yes of course, we do include food for all party attendees in our packages but you are more than welcome to bring along your own birthday cake. Please note, no nuts, chewing gum or glass items to be brought into our venue.

Do you serve food & drink?

Yes we have a café serving refreshments daily.

Are there any height restrictions?

We have a height restriction on one obstacle: Ninja’s must be at least 1.25m tall for the jump tower.

Are gloves one size?

No we have extra small, small, medium and large.

Do I have to sign a waiver form?

Yes we require everyone to sign a waiver form before you start. If you have any other questions before making a booking with us please get in touch.
