Your Party Starts Here!

Getting ready for your Tru Ninja party is easy.

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive everything you need to prepare — from arrival times and waiver info to what to wear on the day. We recommend comfortable activewear, secure footwear and plenty of energy. Arrive a little early so guests can check in, store their belongings and get pumped before the Ninja action begins.

Download and send out invitations (we've made some for you to download)

Two weeks before the party

Contact your venue to confirm the guest list and food platter requirements (platters below). Please let us know in advance if you have an special dietary requirements.

Sign the wavier online. Click on the Wavier button on your venue page.

On the day

Arrive and settle in. We'll look after everything else.

Fruit selections may vary depending on seasonal availability. Sandwich platters are pre-made and cannot be altered (Roast Beef, Cheese & Relish; Chicken, Cheese & Mayonnaise; Ham, Cheese & Pickle).
