We are an activity centre, so we recommend sportswear and trainers to allow you to fully unleash your inner ninja on our course.
Minimum age for the main ninja course is 6 years old and it is suitable for adults to play. Certain sites have dedicated toddler areas, please check each location page for details.
Ninjas aged 5 years and under must be supervised by an adult within arm’s reach at all times on the course. All children up to 12 years old must have a responsible adult on site in the park during their visit. We also run dedicated under-5 sessions most weeks (excluding school holidays).
Spectators are admitted free of charge and may supervise on the course, but must not participate on obstacles without a valid ticket and ninja gloves.
We advise customers to arrive 15 mins before your session. This will give you enough time to get booked in, given wristbands and to put on your ninja grip gloves.
We start sessions every 30 minutes, for example: 9.00, 9.30, 10.00 etc.
Sessions are available in 1-hour, 1.5-hour or 2-hour durations. If you’d like to extend your time in the park, this can usually be arranged at reception for an additional fee, subject to capacity and availability.
Yes we require everyone to sign a waiver form before you start.
Of course, we invite spectators onto the course to watch, take photos and videos. Tag us on social media @truninja #truninja.
We do politely request that any prams are not taken onto the course as this can cause obstructions and in turn hazards. Please speak to a member of staff for advice on where they can be stored.
